Our owner, Aaron Wavra has over 15 years varied experience in the home services trades covering roofing, construction, plumbing and heating, as well as extensive experience in brand product management for major global companies like Cabela's, Berkley, Arctic Cat, and Central Boiler. Aaron has been leading teams developing and marketing industry-leading products for over 20 years. Now 100% focused on our Roof Maxx Family Dealership through AW Roof Ways, Aaron leads his family business with a commitment to excellence and customer-centric satisfaction. Customer service is the heart of our company and Aaron's commitment. He is proud to work every day with his two sons, Josh and Sam, to build a lasting family legacy, instilling in them the values passed down from his dad: we say we do and do what we say. Grandpa "Papa" Mike's famous quip to any prudent question was, "Just do the next right thing." This quote permeates everything we do.

Josh Wavra - Roof Technician
Business Major and "Dad's right hand" on the job, Josh seamlessly bridges the gap between job prep/planning and real-world grit allowing every job to run smoothly and efficiently. Raised as a fixture on job sites since he was old enough to crawl into the cab of a pickup truck. This lifelong apprenticeship with his Papa's handyman service, his dad on various projects and businesses and now for the last 3 years as a Roof Maxx technician, Josh has evolved into a high level of professional completing hundreds of projects with Roof Maxx, proving his ability to manage high-volume operations without sacrificing quality.
Fun Fact: Josh approaches every project with the same focus and precision he uses in the kitchen. His cuisine is top notch, great flavor and meticulously crafted ensuring that every detail is handled with care. By blending his collegiate business studies with blue collar "get-your-hands-dirty" experience, Josh keeps our daily operations streamlined and our standards of excellence high.
Sam Wavra - Ground Technician
Sam has been a mainstay on the job site alongside his dad Aaron, brother Josh and Papa Mike for as long as he can recall. HAs the team’s dedicated "ground man," Sam is vital to keeping our projects moving smoothly from the bottom up. His role is critical to the flow of every job he is on, and he takes immense pride in anticipating the needs of the crew on the roof before they even have to ask. Sam's personality is a customer favorite as he can talk about anything with anybody and leave them laughing.
Sam’s work ethic is defined by a genuine eagerness to learn so that ensures the site stays organized and ahead of schedule. He isn't just there to do a job; he’s there to do it right. Whether he’s prepping materials or managing the site’s logistics, Sam’s energy, personality and commitment to excellence make him an indispensable part of our family team.
Fun Fact: Sam loves creating. Whether wood carving or creating 3D prints are his primary hobbies.... pair that with fishing.... ask Sam next time you see him about his fishing decoys, both wood carved and 3D printed. Sooo... cool!
