We will connect and set a appointment to complete a full on-roof assessment, reiew the findings in detail with the decision maker and provide a comprehensive quote to add years of life to your roof. If the service and quote is approved, we will perform all of the essential maintnence and finally rejuvinate the shingles back to performance restoreing the necessary oils and adding 5 additional years of warrantied life. For most customers we can perform our restoration multiple times and add up-to 15 years of additional years of life to your exisitng roof. Yes, we do offer finacing.
1. Professional Roof Inspection and Assessment
The process begins with a comprehensive roof assessment by a skilled certified professional. We evaluate the current condition of your asphalt shingles, checking for signs of aging, granule loss, and flexibility. This step is crucial to determine if your roof is a good fit for Roof Maxx rejuvination products. If your roof is past the point of mainntnce, we will recomend replacment partner and give you an idea of what a replacment might cost.
2. Essential Roof Maintenance (The Tune-Up)
Before applying the treatment, we perform all necessary and beneficial mainintnce (typically called a roof tune-up)to address wear and tear on the other non-shingle essential systems of your roof. This includes the most leak-prone areas sealing exposed nail heads, reinforcing flashing around vents and chimneys, and securing loose shingles all to ensure a watertight seal before the shingle restoration begins.
3. Eco-Friendly Shingle Rejuvenation
Finally, we apply our proprietary, plant-based Roof Maxx treatment. This 100% safe solution penetrates deep into the shingles to replace lost but essential petrochemical oils. The Roof Maxx treament will be soaked into the shingles in about 30 minutes and 72 hours later the shingles regain the flexibility and waterproofing protection of a new roof, extending its life by five warrantied years per treatment.
